We hope you’re happy with your Lark Music policy. Here you can manage, change, renew and claim on your cover.

Make a change

If you need to update your policy, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. If you bought your policy online, simply log into your account and edit your details there. If you arranged your policy with one of our team members, just contact us here. You will need your policy number to hand.

Renew your cover

Renewing your policy for another year is simple – just log in to your account to renew. You can find your login details in the email we sent you with your first online quote and you’ll need your policy number to hand too.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure when your policy expires. We will always send you an auto-renewal quote 28 days before your policy is set to renew, and follow it up if we don’t hear from you.

View your documents

If you bought your policy online, you can find all your documents in your online account. Simply login using the details we sent you alongside your quote. If you still can’t access your account, just click here.

If you arranged your policy over the phone with us, then we will have sent your documents to you via email or in the post. If you can’t find your documents and need another copy, just get in touch by emailing music@larkmusic.com or contact us here.
